Major Duties & Responsibilities 

• Analyze electrification market trend and investigate passive application (such as inductor for power electronics) market needs.

• Identify opportunity through working with customers, TIERx and OEMs focus on inductor application (including DC-DC converter, inverter, filter, charger for both industrial and automotive.)

• Develop business plans and prioritize activity to create value for customers and achieve the sales target.

• Work with global team and share competitive intelligence with team.

   

 

Qualifications

• Engineering or sales background preferred in Electrical/Electronic industry

• Project sales of power electronic components

• Abundant experience in automotive industry of Inverter manufacturing or inductor sales company is highly preferred.

• 5+ years working experiences in a similar field

• Excellent communication skills, both English and Chinese in writing and oral

• Proven skills in market research and introduction of new products.

• Ability to drive market development, take initiatives and manage project.

• Open minded, team player and able to work in dynamic environment .
