• Communication with local business partners, clients and suppliers
• Communication with company personnel
• Search, analysis and processing of information (new clients & suppliers and etc.)
• Administrative office support
• Personnel recruitment
• Communication with service providers (courier postal services, outsourcing companies)
• Participation in business meetings & trips + Chinese translations
• Full travel support (visas, travel arrangements, transfer, tickets, hotels, car rental, and complex travel arrangements)
• Presentation composition
• Fulfilment of personal instructions of CEO (gifts to customers and partners, orders relating to the family, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

• Chinese - fluent
• English/Russian - fluent
• Good communication skills
• Good computer skills
