5.密切监控清关状态并及时更新客户

6.与财务部门合作，征收关税/增值税

7.对于DDU / DDP shpts，在释放shpt之前检查并确认目标站的目标费用。

8.与货运团队合作，在海关发布后安排交货

9.海关关闭后，向客户退还原始IDF和值班/增值税单

10.使每个状态的原始站保持更新

11.与财务部门合作，确保及时为COD客户收费

12.密切监控信用客户的账单状态

13.联系本地客户安排发货

14. 为客户准备相关报告

15.与销售合作以确保流程（SOP）的合规性

16.如果有任何损坏，请通知客户损坏状态并与终端/仓库团队合作分析根本原因，协助客户在需要时完成索赔程序

17.完成好上级安排的其它工作

  候选人资格：

1.大专以上学历，以物流或国际贸易为主

2. 3年相关行业工作经验

3.良好的中英文沟通能力

4.大学英语四级或以上

5.强烈的责任感和团队合作精神。

6.能够在压力下工作以应对客户挑战

  

Job descriptions

  

1.     Notify Customers of the Cargo Arrival Status in a timely manner

  

2.     If any irregularity, update the status to customers accordingly.

  

3.     Check & update customers which docs / license are required for customs clearance

  

4.     Pass the customs clearance docs to CHB team after checking the docs

  

5.     Closely monitor the customs clearance status & keep customers updated

  

6.     Working with F&A team for duty/VAT payment

  

7.    For DDU/DDP shpts, check & confirm the destination charges with origin stations       before releasing the shpt.

  

8.   Working with trucking team to arrange delivery after customs released

  

9.    Refund original IDF & duty/vat sheet to customers after shpt closed from customs

  

10.  Keep origin station updated of every status

  

11.  Working with F&A team to ensure the timely billing for COD customers

  

12.  Closely monitor the billing status for credit customers

  

13.   Liaise with local customers & origin station for the arrangement of pick up

  

14.  Prepare relative reports as per customers’ request

  

15.  Working with Sales/BD team for the compliance of SOP

  

16.  If any Damage, notify the damage status to customers & working with terminal/warehouse team to analysis the root cause, assist customers to go through the claim procedure if needed

  

17.  Perform any business related duties assigned by team leader/ supervisor.

  

 

Candidate Qualification:

  

1.    College degree or above, majority in logistics or international trade is preferred

  

2.    3 years working experience in the related industry

  

3.    Good communication in Chinese & English

  

4.    CET-4 or above

  

5.    Strong responsibility and team work sprit.

  

6.   Be able to work under big pressure for customer challenge
