Responsibilities

• Marketing research on enterprise data center and service provider products, have insights of our customer application, have insights of key players

• System architect of server and/or storage products

• Track industrial technology movement, work with supplier partners to understand their roadmap and suggest our product adoption plan

• Have marketing event to promote our products

• Work with sales team, business team and customers to understand customer requirements of server or storage products

• Co-work with Sales team and program team to response customer technical requirement, lead technical discussion with customer, solve customer concern and insure customer satisfaction

• Explain product requirements to design team, monitor products development to insure it under control and aligns with customer request

• Consultant to complex issue debug and troubleshooting

• Participate in other reasonable working activities as may be deemed suitable and assigned by supervisor and management.

• Drive excellent customer satisfaction by understanding and over-delivering against Customer expectations

• Be willing to travel when in need
  
  

  Qualifications
  
  

• 10+ years' of server and/or storage products experience and a Bachelor above degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field.

• People management experience in engineering environment will be a plus

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Strong engineering knowledge in the field of Storage and Server products and application cases

• Marketing research and analysis experience in data center products will be a strong plus

• Experience in hardware design and development and understanding of complex concepts related to architecture, design engineering, reliability, prototyping and failure analysis.

• Strong organizational, planning, and program management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment of engineers to meet aggressive goals and high quality standards

• Experience in a “customer facing” environment.

• Excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.

• International culture awareness, ability to communicate and collaborate within global team.
