We are looking for a Business Development Manager, who will be responsible for finding and identifying new potential customers for Service Provider (ISP) markets in China.

 

Job Responsibility

• Develop and maintain strategic business relationship with targeted segments’ customers.

• Indentify short and long terms customers’ needs and derive service offerings to win new business.

• Apply your knowledge to support the company with strategy and tactic development.

• Collects, reviews and analyzes customer data and market intelligence from all sources.

• Work with marketing group to research and summarize information relating to a specific market segments including strategies and direction, market share, strengths, weaknesses and competition, etc.

• Work with solution team to develop bids, proposals and presentations packages against customers’ requirement.

• Drive and support any quote activity with cross-functional teams within a specific site.

• Lead and direct cross-functional teams to ensure resources are in place to meet your business needs, objectives and assigned targets.

• Meet or exceed assigned sales target.

 

 

Qualification/Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Business or related discipline, MBA preferred.

• More than 8 years of working experience, at least 5 years in sales or business development related positions, experience in MNC is preferred.

• Fluent in both Mandarin and English

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skill and ability to deal with people at all levels.

• Good knowledge in Service Provider (ISP), Communication or Networking markets with strong business analysis capabilities.

• Proven records in winning new customer/project

• Ability to work with and influence other individuals in non-confrontational manner.

• Mature, aggressive and result oriented

• Strong teamwork skills with ability to work with and influence other individuals in a non-confrontational manner.

• High level of proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software
