（1） 负责日常写字楼租赁事务;

（2）能够按照经理指示完成日常租赁运营管理工作;

（3）了解市场趋势发展及国家相关政策信息的收集、分析，完成相关报告以完成租赁工作；

（4）具有积极开发客户的能力，并与第三方中介维持良好关系，完成租赁目标；

（5）能够协助项目营销工作的实施。

 

职位要求：

（1）全日制本科学历;

（2）1年以上招商及营运工作经验,掌握招商相关知识,熟悉招商业务流程;

（3） 精通操作excel、ppt、word等办公软件,有较强的数据整理、统计、分析能力;

（4） 具备市场调研技巧和较高的谈判和沟通能力,具备客户服务意识和快速行动能力;

（5）流利的英文及普通话。
