Today, we are a team of 90+ people. Most of us are based at our HQ, in Sophia Antipolis (French Riviera) and we have a subsidiary in the US and another one in China. Our company is growing in a fulfilling international and multicultural environment.

  

  

  

In the context of our development, we are looking for a: Project Manager 2 M/F

  

  

Manage and contribute to pharma customer project implementation

  

  

Presentation of activities and main tasks linked to the job

  

• Position attached to Project Management department, under the supervision of China Senior Project Manager

  Project manager as such :

  - plan and manage time, scope, risk

  - assess and identify project resources needs

  - manage cost, procurement

  - prioritize multiple tasks and achieve deliverables

  - lead the communication within the multidisciplinary team

  - ensure timely responses to client enquiries

  Report to SPM on the status of projects managed

  Contributor to business support activities, such as cost estimation, quote preparation and bid defense

  Contributor to site management activities, such as:

  - site initiation training to the clients or CRO

  - assist and support investigator sites when needed

  - proactively exchange site issues with image managers and site managers

  Support and train project coordinators working on the projects

  Responsible for money collection and ensure:

                                

• services confirmed by the client PM in time

• invoices were issued to the client in time

• collect money in time to ensure the accuracy of the forecast.

          

Searched profile

  

• Bachelor's degree in project management, life science, public health or equivalent.

• A project management education and certification (CAPM, PMP) is a plus

• -2 years' experience as a project manager is a minimum, preferably for drug development clinical trials projects and ideally related to imaging.

• - A good academic and practical knowledge of project management is required

• - Knowledge and skills in several of the following areas are required: medical imaging, clinical development, statistics, medicine, data management, GCP and software engineering

• - Mastering MS Office with related technical skills is a requirement

• - Excellent oral and written English communication skills are mandatory and a good command of another language are a plus

• Availability and willingness to travel

• Contract: 3-years’ short term contract
