Job Function
Assist, develop and implement marketing strategies and execution plans with focus on power management current and future products. Manage all resources necessary for deliverable completion.

Responsibilities
-Manage tactical PMIC products issues by working with all target teams, program management and product management teams
-Manage internal and external customers for successful product, chipset launches
-Work across multiple organizations (marketing, sales, product management, and development) to align implementation of marketing objectives, strategies, and plans
-Coordinate and gather product feature information from customers, sales, engineering and others for use in developing future product PRD
-Leverage work across the marketing department to ensure synergy and consistency.

Skills/Experience
. Strong project management and project management methodology
. Experience working within a fast-paced, dynamic marketing organization
. Strong cellular phone HW system knowledge
. Solid analog and power management handset design knowledge
. Good understanding of handset RF subsystem
. Good understanding of baseband peripherals and interfaces
. 5 years handset analog design experience prefer
. Team player with a 'can do' attitude
. Detail oriented, strong problem-solving skills
. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
. Ability to evaluate and analyze objectively
. Excellent communication, language, writing and editing skills
. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
. Ability to work independently while having strong interpersonal skills to work on cross-functional teams
. Minimum of 5 years experience in wireless communication product development
. Familiar with business decision making and processes
. Familiar with PMIC future technologies trends

Education Requirements
Minimum of BS degree in electrical engineering, MS prefer
