Business development
Assist the BD manager in
？ doing market research and identifying potential clients
？ preparing presentations/decks for client meeting
？ structuring quotations/proposals according to client needs
？ drafting business contract according to confirmed details
？ negotiating with clients on terms and conditions of the contract
Project management
Managing the on-going projects in internal workflow system
？ Client/supplier application
？ Creating project folders
？ Creating corresponding project details according to the contract
？ Creating /issuing invoice
External communication
？ Helping in external events (i.e forums, exhibitions…) with registrations, booth settings, etc.
？ Drafting communication articles for corporate WeChat account

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, 1-2 years related working experience is preferred
- Great communication skills in English and Chinese
- Positive and pleasant personality, passion in BD/marketing
- Must be a self-starter and able to function in a high-paced, dynamic environment
- High competency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
