- Lead and establish projects for: production improvements, quality improvements, cost reduction and manufacturing capacity.

- Oversee manufacturing transfer project from R&D into production

- Extensive knowledge on process validation, process change and implementing changes to production level products.

任职要求：

- 工程类本科学历，硕士及以上学位优先

- Minimum 7 years medical device R&D and Operations experience with focus on neurovascular products

- 有至少7年在神经介入方面的医疗器械研发的经验

- Must have demonstrated skills in leading people and projects

- 具有领导员工及项目的能力

- Demonstrated fact-based reasoning, root cause analysis and problem-solving skills

- 能基于事实进行问题分析并做出决策的能力

- Excelled verbal and written communication skills (English and Chinese)
