Job Responsibilities：

1. Sourcing new yarn supplier according to seasonal request of sourcing plan.
2. Negotiate terms of cooperation and explain general collection process to new supplier.
3. Identify supplier general capability, capacity for price, quality, designs etc. if fit collection.
4. Select yarn swatches and designs that fit collection.
5. Monitor raw material market trend and provide proposals to oversea sourcer for price-recalculation.
6. Support daily issues and coordinate with oversea office yarn sourcer for collection issues for example: yarn sample leadtime, price re-caculation and coordinate issues between yarn supplier and garment supplier if needs.

Qualification:

1. At least 6 years textile working experience; or similar working experience as yarn sourcer, raw material sourcer, knitwear merchandiser in previous company.
2. Familiar with types of yarn production process and dyeing methods.
3. Good negotiate and communication skills both of Chinese and English.
4. Professional on yarn technical knowledge and commercial skills for price negotiation, able to support find solutions of yarn collection issues.
5. Independent personality and was good at coordinate and communicate with group team for overall duty relates yarn.
6. Familiar with fabric sourcing and general fabric knowledge would be a plus.
