AP Accountant (6-Month Contractor)

1. T&E claim verification under Concur
2. Daily vendor invoice processing with 3 way match
3. Prepare the monthly Input VAT reconciliation file
4. GRIR clearing and open item follow up.
5. Prepare monthly closing report, for example T&E accrual and AP aging report etc
6. Support Implement the SOX control, make account analysis and reconciliation in blackline system
7. Other misc tasks assigned by line manger .

 

*Minimum Qualifications

1.    Bachelor degree or above in accounting/finance;

2.    Familiar with MS office, better to have SAP system experience

3.    0-1 years’ finance related experience is preferred

4.    Able to write and speak in English

5.    Good communication skill and be able to work under pressure
