1. 在部门经理的领导下，配合部门主管对本部门行使管理、监督、协调、服务的职能；

2. 认真贯彻执行关于物业管理的各项法规、政策，组织落实部门经理下达的有关任务；

3. 解决客户投诉或提出问题，做好记录并及时汇报上级；

4. 负责每月按时完成收费工作

5. 根据质量体系标准要求制定检查计划，进行周、月单项检查，并对不合格服务项目的纠正情况进行跟进；

6. 配合其它部门，完成相关工作

职位要求

1. 25-40岁左右，大专以上，物业管理类相关专业

2. 熟悉物业客户服务部相关工作流程；

3. 有2年以上相关写字楼/商场物业相关工作经验

4. 具有优秀的沟通协调能力及团队协作能力强，能适应高强度工作

5. 具有一定的团队带领能力
