职位描述
1、协助配合经理的部门工作,负责项目采购工作;
2、采购订单的跟进与验收工作;
3、进行原材料等其他公司和客户所需的物品筛选、检查、采购、发货及质保工作;
4、巩固与供应商之间良好的供需关系(为以防万一)寻找提部供应商;
5、协助大厦总以及各部门经理每月所需要完成的工作;
6、负责工程部耗材使用统计工作。
职位要求:
1、大专及以上学历,形象气质佳;
2、掌握基本的商务礼仪知识 ;
3、一年以上相关工作经验 ;
4、办事踏实、耐心、仔细,具有一定的人际能力、沟通能力 ;
5、熟悉物业采购流程,能独自处理相关事务;
6、熟悉办公软件,Word、Excel以及PPT制作。
