Position description:

1.Job summary:

Develop new customers, achieve sales task.

2. Job content:

 (1)Establish customer relationships and capture business opportunities for cooperation through visits the target customers.

 (2)Customer visits, analyze the situation of customer demand and competitors' products, and grasp the intelligence trend.

(3)Continuously develop new customers through the business and technical

communication with customers and always focus on the competition situation

and market environment to hold the dynamic information of the industry.  

(4) Cooperate with each departments of suppliers to finish the other works which are related with sales.

3.Professional knowledge and skills:

(1)Identify the potential high-quality customers accurately,excellent negotiation

skills and strong ability of judgment.

(2) Good self presentation skills.

4.Work experience:

At least 5 years of sales experience in automotive industry components (Enameling Wire(Magnet Wire) or powder metallurgy products sales experience is preferred)

5.Education background:

Bachelor degree or above.

6.Language requirements:

Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, proficient in business communication and negotiation (Japanese is preferred)

7. Other:

Good communication and coordination skills, cheerful personality, hard work, strong sense of responsibility, good ability of working under pressure, excellent team spirit.
