工作职责

• 收集新季度流行趋势、颜色方向、面辅料信息，能够将所得的信息转化成适合公司产品风格的内容。
• 根据产品主题及系列风格，融入设计元素，独立设计各类花型图案，协助印花厂将设计稿转化为生产稿
• 根据不同客户的实际需求，建立设计方案，独立完成服装的设计定型。
• 了解面料成分、服装制作工艺、花型工艺。
• 绘制服装效果图，平面图。
• 与面辅料部门合作完成项目。
• 建立设计及有关资料的存档与跟踪。
• 参与公司各种设计项目的展示工作。

岗位要求

• 纺织品设计，服装设计等相关专业本科及以上学历。
• 熟悉美国市场和流行风格。
• 了解趋势与潮流，有较强的市场敏锐度，能够熟练应用色彩搭配。
• 擅长各种设计软件，基础软件包括： Adobe photoshop、Illustrator等。
• 懂英文者优先考虑。
• 具有创新能力和独立工作能力。
• 具有敬业精神及团队合作精神。
• 具有良好的人际交往能力。
• 1-3年工作经验。
