该职位服务于财富500强通讯领域著名美资公司。

This is a hardware development position for Enterprise Core Switch product. The candidate should have strong technical skills in order to drive product development from concept to production. Responsibilities will include architecture, specification, hardware design, driving CAD, lab bring-up, debug, delivery of systems to production, and post-production sustaining support for products in the area of high-performance networking.

Responsibilities:

*  Work with system architects to complete design definition and hardware specification

*  Design of data path, control path, clocking and power conversion and distribution subsystems

*  Schematic capture and working with CAD Engineers to complete PCB design

*  Board bring-up in lab with platform software team, and supporting the design for all cross-functional teams

*  Board DVT and supporting EDVT, MDVT, Thermal, and compliance teams

*  Work with a cross-functional global team in multiple time zones

Required Qualification:

*  The position requires closely working with numerous hardware, software, mechanical, thermal, signal integrity, manufacturing, and power supply engineers as well as outside vendors. Strong interpersonal skills are a must.

*   Experience with system HW design – system definition, schematic capture, test methodologies  

*  Strong lab skills with hands on experience operating oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, signal generators etc.

*  Must be a self-motivated team player with good oral and written communication skills, and strong sense of ownership.

*  BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience, with strong emphasis on system design.

*  At least 2 years of hardware development, high speed board design, board bring-up experience.
