Position Summary:

译员招募专员负责代表供应商管理团队执行向译员或供应商提供支持、招募新译员或供应商、向内部销售团队和生产团队提供与译员或供应商相关的服务并提供解答。

The position of the Recruiter is responsible for providing support to the Vendor Management department through daily assistance with linguist and vendor recruitment and testing, database maintenance and daily support to sales and production teams with vendor-related issues and questions.

Position responsibilities:

· 向供应商管理团队提供支持

Provide on-the-job support to the Vendor Management team

· 主动招募新医院和供应商，并管理公司内部的供应商数据库

Proactively recruit new resources to expand the company’s database of external linguists

· 根据公司的测试要求对参加招募活动的译员提供测试和相关的流程管理

Test recruited linguists according to specialized skill sets and the company’s testing process

· 根据公司、部门、项目的需求与现有的译员或供应商讨论价格

Negotiate preferred rates with recruited linguists according to company, department or project needs

· 向公司的生产团队推广成功招募完成的译员

Promote newly recruited and tested linguists to the appropriate production teams

· 协助生产团队和销售团队解答任何与译员和供应商相关的问题

Assist production and sales teams on a daily basis with vendor-related issues and questions

· 与译员、供应商、散布全球的生产团队和质量管理团队保持良好的工作关系

Establish and maintain excellent relationships with contract translators, proofreaders, production staff and internal Quality Managers globally

· 与直属经理讨论并执行高效的工作流程

Strategize with direct manager to find a viable means of making processes more efficient

· 根据公司的要求参加各种会展

Attend trade shows and conferences as needed

· 主动承担可以为创博翻译（北京）有限公司做出贡献的其他任务

Proactively seek additional tasks and duties to benefit TransPerfect Translations as a whole

· 对创博翻译（北京）有限公司所服务的行业进行调研，包括行业领先企业、行业现况和其他相关数据

Research and understand all industries that TransPerfect Translations markets to, including industry leaders, current events and any other pertinent data

· 充分了解翻译行业，包括行业领先企业、竞争对手公开数据、招标细节、行业费率标准、行销策略等

Be knowledgeable in the translation industry, including leaders, competitive data, proposal formats, competitive rates, and marketing strategies

Essential skills and experience required:

· 流利中、英文书写和口语的沟通能力

Excellent written and verbal English and Mandarin communication skills

· 最低学士或同等学位

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
