GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

    

• Keep the existing business and develop new business and applications according to China business strategy.

• Identify potential applications and customers, develop a good knowledge of customers’ product lines and find high margin opportunities for DEVA products that lend themselves to our technical strength.

• Actively call-on and develop close working relationships with customers and end users where appropriate. Present, explain and promote DEVA products.

• Develop sales plan/forecast, sales strategic and marketing plan, and input competitor and market information in your sales area.

• Support quotation work to customers basing prices on current policy. Follow up open proposals, negotiate and close orders. Report status on a regular and timely basis.

• Arrange and attend business show in related regions and applications.

• Maintain effective communications with China and global colleagues respect to daily business, market trends and competition situations.

• Work with colleagues as a team to win the projects.

   

  JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in mechanical engineering with solid mechanical engineering knowledge.

• Minimum 4 years of technical sales experience of components  in Industrial Sales in international companies.

• Ability to evaluate the business issues and prioritize activities.

• Good English both in writing and speaking which would be used as daily business.

• Willing to spend more than 50% of working time for customer visiting.

• Self motivated, sunny, energized and responsible team player, target focused.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Experience in mechanical engineering design is a plus, technical sales experience in offshore industry and bearing industry are pluses.
