1、解决设备现场技术故障；

2、设备售前支持，协助销售进行项目的方案设计、售前测试和售后调试；

3、根据市场需求，对设备进行二次开发和优化；

4、对内部销售人员以及客户现场人员进行技术培训；

5、与客户保持良好的沟通、维护客户关系，提升客户满意度；

6、完成技术总监安排的其他工作事项。

任职资格：

1、大专及以上学历，机械、电气或自动化相关专业；

2、3年以上机械制造、电气或自动化行业经验；

3、熟悉管材、线材加工成型行业者优先；

4、良好的英语或德语听说能力；

5、良好的沟通能力和强烈的工作责任心；

6、能适应经常出差；

7、善于学习，勤于思考。
