Position Summary:

· Work with IT team to manage and maintain current network, system infrastructure, implement IT project and deal with daily IT request in compliance with IT policy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· End user support of PC Hardware (desktop, workstation and laptop) e.g. physically delivering / moving machines, swapping / upgrading components, software installation, user files / settings migration and troubleshooting in OLEO China

· Provides technical support to employees for software and hardware in Shanghai/Singapore office

· Operate and support the engineering system(SolidWork)

· Windows Server management - Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2012/2016

· Backup management - basic troubleshooting

· End user support / troubleshooting of peripherals such as printers & projectors

· Manage basic networking concepts e.g. DHCP, DNS, Patching, Troubleshooting

· Manage telephone switching system

· Work closely with China/UK based IT teams

· Updating and developing Local IT policies

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

· Fluent written & conversional skills in English & Mandarin

· Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Server 2008/2012/2016 Active Directory, VMWare, Storage systems

· Familiar with Netgear network structure including router, firewall and switch.

· Preferably knowledge in operation of engineering system

· Active involvement in international projects, project management experience.

· Good knowledge of common PC Software including Operating Systems (WIN7 / WIN10) and Desktop Applications (MS Office 2010/2016,Adobe,Office365 IE etc)

· Good level of familiarity with web based applications and technology

· MCSE, CCNA certificates are prefer

· University Degree in Computer Science or engineering disciplines

Experience Required:

· At least 2-3 years experiences in a multinational enterprise.
