岗位职责：】

1、协助公司销售人员完成安全服务项目的售前技术支持工作。

2、能独立完成公司自主研发安全产品和其他安全服务项目的售前工作。

3、针对客户对安全业务的具体需求和客户的网络架构，提出合理的安全产品部署方案，并为相关人员提供（漏洞扫描、渗透测试、风险评估、安全评估、安全培训、代码审计、应急响应、网络安保）等业务讲解。

4、能及时响应客户所遇的安全问题，并给予跟踪和处理。

5、配合销售人员参与招投标工作，包括标书设计、投标应答、讲解与答疑等；能够独立撰写演示文档（ppt）、方案、标书、以及方案和标书。

 

【任职资格：】

1、计算机及相关专业本科及以上学历或同等专业水平。（能力高者可不要求学历）

2、了解相关网络安全产品，如防火墙、IDS、防病毒，漏洞评估工具等。

3、熟悉安全服务业务（漏洞扫描、渗透测试、风险评估、安全评估、安全培训、代码审计、应急响应、网络安保等）服务内容及流程；

4、具有较强的演讲能力、文档编写能力及良好的沟通表达能力。

5、具有良好的客户服务观念、工作责任心及团队合作精神。

6、了解网络攻击、黑客攻防等安全技术、国内外网络、安全界发展现状、各主流安全厂家安全服务的技术优劣势。

7、具有1-2年以上售前技术支持经验者或安全服务实施经验者优先考虑。学历本科

8、拥有CISP、CISSP、CISA、ITIL、PMP等证书者优先考虑。
