Responsibilities:

1. Answer phone calls, directory update

2. Receive visitors and make relative registration

3. Badge preparation and management

4. Attendance record output

5. PO creation/payment

6. Meeting room management

7. Office supplies ordering (drinking water, tissue, coffee bean, tea bag…)

8. Namecard printing

9. Printer maintenance

10. Stationery Management

11. Other ad hoc assigned by line manager

Job Requirements

1. College degree or above (preferably in English);

2. Hospitable & Friendly，warm hearted & open character;

3. A great team player, Patient and Efficient;

4. High sense of responsibility, quick responsive & cooperative, good manner of reception;

5. Good command of English both oral and written;

6. Good computer skills in MS Office Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook;
