2．Qualification

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing of MRO commodity,

3. Responsibilities:

职责：

• To comply with Code of Ethics and Business Conduct & Anti-corruption Policy

严格遵守道德标准及商业规范和反腐败政策

• Responsible for indirect commodity procurement which includes Meal, tooling, fixture procurement of IT, Admi, etc. Continually improve and optimize the purchasing process which depends on different type of MRO commodity.
• 负责MRO物料的采购包括五金，工具，治具，以及IT和行政所需物品等采购。不断优化和完善采购流程根据物料类型。

2. To develop supply chain and choose reasonable suppliers to reduce cost, mitigate risk, improve quality, shorten lead times and reduce inventories
3. 供应链，选择合理的供应商达到降本、降低风险、提高质量、缩短交期、降低库存的指标。
4. Keep close eyes on marketing trend and situation and strong analysis and cost control ability and could be met business requirement base in marking changing.

密切关注市场的动态,进行分析以及价格的控制，更好的满足业务需求。

• Continuous involvement in the Supplier Selection Process to develop a supply base for MRO commodity that provides competitive advantage in quality, value/cost, delivery and technology.
• 改进供应商选择流程，开发出能提供竞争力的供应商无论是在质量、价格/成本、交货能力或技术上，
• Conduct supplier approval and risk management system and process audits in compliance with company’s supplier performance and monitoring goals and objectives.
• 供应商评审及风险管理体系，对供应商绩效进行评估以确保其符合公司目标,
• Other task assigned by superior and improve the ownership.
