• Ensure your team is qualified to achieve success in their respective roles.

• Continuously interrogate relevant KPI’s and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

• Develop and follow strategic and operational business plans for each region and implement corporate procedures for each department internally.

• Monthly reporting with actions needed to deliver on budget.

• Develop and maintain the key customer base in each region.

• Ensure all actions in region are consistent with building a strong KNF brand equity and position the region for continuous grow. Achieve the sales targets including sales revenue and profit growth.

• Review the customers with commercial situation on a regular basis and propose corrective solutions.

• Update customer and market information to the management.

• Ad-Hoc tasks signed by supervisors.
  
  

任职资格

  

• Bachelor degree with Science and Engineering education background;
• Above 8 years working experience in the field of industrial products sales;
• Experience for parts selling in medical/chemical/printing/Lab equipment industries will be plus;
• Knowledge of the application of vacuum, fluid, medical, inkjet, process etc. will be plus;
• Electrical and mechanical majority is preferred;
• Experience in team building, with good team management ability will be plus;
• Good communication skill and manner; Willing to learn and share; Good team spirit;
• Good written and verbal communication skill in English;
• Office software;
• Willingness to make business travel;
• Able to work under pressure;
