Job Responsibilities:

* Sourcing products and suppliers throughout the country according to HQ requirements.

* Assessing suppliers/factories and their capabilities, capacity and performance to meet HQ requirements.

* Providing supplier assessment.

* Helping NY designers on new samples development. Ensuring all supplier quotations and samples are completed on a timely basis for appropriate decision making to meet objectives.

* Coordinating price negotiation based on an in-depth understanding of product and components.

* On boarding supplier to meet and following company policies and requirements.

* Executing buying trip with designer from A-Z including pre-trip, itinerary set up, cost negotiation to finalization to ensure  the trip objectives are fully achieved.

* Coordinating with production/Testing/QA team for order following up and question resolving when needed.

* Completing other tasks arranged by superior

Requirements:

* Be familiar with our fashion accessory products, such as knitted and woven scarf, hat and glove, kimono, mask and etc

* At least 3-5 years working experiences on sampling developments

* Familiar with US market, and know the requirement of US customers such as WM, Ross, Burlington and so on

* Willing to travel and follow up samples at factory whenever needed

* Need be work independently and be organized on all the work

* Having the products knowledge which can help foresee problems before sample making

* All working are using English, need be good at written English

* Be of good personality, team spirit, willing to help with other team members when needed

* Report to depart manager and make sure all work finished correctly and on time
