Primary Activities 主要工作：

-     prepare material inspection related procedure and working instruction for guiding the material examination

-     准备材料检验相关的程序文件和作业指导书来指导材料的检验工作。

-     verify the examination result of material performed by the examiner

验证材料检验员进行的材料检验报告。

-     handle the nonconforming of the incoming goods

处理供应商材料的质量不合格事宜。

-     Collect the material certificate according to the Bill of Material drawing.

根据图纸和材料清单来收集材料的质保书。

-     Incoming raw material certificates (plate/nozzle/pipe/tube/flange/bolt/nut) review and approve.

原材料质保书的审核和批准。

-     Statistic and analysis of the incoming goods quality status.

统计并分析进货产品的质量状况。

-     Supplier continuous quality improvement related activities.

供应商持续质量改进事宜。

-     Supplier qualification and annual appraisal

供应商考察和年度评估。

-     Contact external lab for material re-testing arrangement.

联系外部试验室进行材料的复验。

-     Setup the working instructions and related rules for internal material mechanical test.  

建立内部材料力学性能试验的作业指导书和相关要求的规范。

-     Arrange the internal mechanical test, including tensile and bend test, macro test, etc. for raw material and for welding performance qualification record.   

安排内部力学性能试验，包括材料和焊接工艺评定的拉伸、弯曲和宏观等。

-     Other issues arranged by the Quality Manager.

质量经理安排的其他事宜。

Knowledge, Skill & Competence Required 知识、技术及能力:

-     Practical knowledge of metallic material in pressure vessel industrial.

熟悉压力容器金属材料的相关知识；

-     Familiar with flange and pipe, sheet metal parts, etc. manufacture and checking;

熟悉法兰、钢管、钣金件的制作和检验;

-     Good computer skills: Windows, Office and etc.

-     熟悉电脑操作，如Windows, Office 办公软件等

-     Good language skills: English and Mandarin, written and reading of English is the mandatory

良好的语言沟通能力，包括英语和汉语，英文读写能力是必须的。
