We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our creative team who is an independent thinker with good team spirit.

Knowledge of designing layouts for digital media - wechat / taobao / H5 is important.

Prior experience of working in a digital agency is helpful.

You will need to communicate project status to Design Director on a regular basis and develop and maintain communication with all project team members.

Knowledge of English is important.

主要职责：

1. 根据客户品牌调性和风格，独立完成具体的设计制作工作，包括但不限于H5、小程序/小游戏、 EDM、 平面海报、长图文、信息图等;

2. 和客户组一起，参与设计创意的客户会议，并能提供相关建议；

3. 把控自己所设计作品的质量和时间进度，满足项目进程；

4. 向商业、产品、编辑和技术团队提供设计和用户体验原则和技术方面的专业建议。

任职要求：

1. 5-8年以上social互动、数字营销或广告公司设计工作经验，大学学历，艺术/设计/数字设计等相关专业；

2. 具有优秀的审美力，视觉创意执行能力；懂手绘，能具备一定的插画能力优先考虑；了解熟悉各式互动传播表现形式；熟练掌握主要设计软件，特别是PS和AI，XD, AE, ，熟悉动图制作、视频剪接者优先考虑；服务过洋酒、lifestyle的客户优先；

3. 具有强烈的责任心，善于沟通与协作，能高质量高效率的完成工作；有较强的创意思维能力和创新精神；

4. 具备一定的解读文案能力，对文字排版、色彩、设计布局，构图等有较深入的理解；

5. 请随附个人作品。
