Directly reports to Marketing Manager. This role is to support TOD’S and Hogan brands. In meeting with brand objectives through building effective communication strategies to enhance brand awareness and positioning.

    

Main Responsibilities

    

·         Plan and implement store event (celebrity event, in-store event, charity sales, etc.) and festival promotional activity

    

·         Keep good relationship with landlord and maintain the brand exposure on landlord social platform

    

·         Work closely with stores and internal departments to create marketing materials linking with local needs

    

·         Help with franchise to fulfill the marketing activity and advertising campaign

    

·         Prepare contracts and payments and in charge of all team admin issues, spending report, and supporting documents fillings.

    

    

Basic Requirements

    

·         University graduate with minimum of 1 years of experience in marketing fields of luxury and fashion brands

    

·         Strong analytical, planning and executional skills for event management

    

·         Strong administration and organizational skills to be able to do multitasking. Can meet deadline and work under pressure

    

·         A team player who can work independently and proactively in reaching the goals

    

·         Hands on experience, able to connect & interact with various agencies, partners and editors

    

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English. Italian is a plus
