What You’ll Do 

· Digital & Social Media Management 

o Content Creation and Social Media Platform Management

o SEO Management

o Monitor social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback 

o Community Management of KOL, celebrities, sponsors and followers

o Work with our graphic designers to develop local content and visuals for effective integrated marketing communication for each social media platform 

· Campaign & Creative Development 

o Present and design new marketing campaign ideas 

o Work with the team on branding concepts and ideas that effectively communicate our brand image 

o Plan and execute seasonal photoshoots and look books (ie. Event planning, manage models, styling, and make-up), ensuring visuals are fresh, modern and align with our brand identity and values 

o Plan and hosting of marketing events and campaigns 

· Market Research

o Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends 

o Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content 

o Apply digital analytics and communicate results to team to help guide future campaigns 

Who You Are

· Motivated self-starter with a positive can-do attitude.

· Articulate and enthusiastic, with a great eye for detail.

· Highly creative problem solver.

· Excellent under pressure and can adapt quickly in an ever-evolving environment.

· A multi-tasking superhero with a keen sense for prioritization and organization.

· Extremely detail oriented, resourceful; able to do your own research and discover effective solutions to issues you may encounter.

· Tech-savvy or the potential to be tech savvy.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.

· Strong analytical, judgment and problem-solving skills. Effective on-site troubleshooting required.

· English proficiency is preferred

· Chinese proficiency/HSK 5 or higher is preferred 

· Previous internship experience or education in marketing or communications preferred. 

· Majoring in Marketing, Public Relations or Communications etc. 

· Photography and video editing skills are a PLUS!

· Knowledge in Photoshop, InDesign or Illustrator is a PLUS!

· Knowledge and/or experience in the fashion industry are a PLUS!
