任职资格 Qualification：

？ Bachelor degree

？ Mechanical work experience with casting, welding, stamping, machining, etc

？ At least 8 years working experience as a purchaser

？ Good English communication ability, and good commercial sense on cost analysis and control

？ Very independent problem-shooting capacity

？ Preferred experience in trading companies or operation in im-export business fields

工作描述Job description：

1. 负责产品的报价，争取***的价格，分析评估技术要求和成本结构，完成商务谈判

Responsible for product quotation and try to get best price condition technical & cost structure review, negotiate commercial conditions

2. 开发新的供应商，与质量工程师一起对供应商进行审核评估

Develop new supplier, work with SQE to audit & qualify supplier

3. 与供应商和质量人员保持紧密互通，确保准时收到合格样品和批量产品

Lead & coordinate supplier and SQE to finish sample making, and ensure to receive qualified samples and mass production within time frame

4. 协助质量工程师解决供应商样品制造和批量生产过程中出现的质量问题，处理好相关的客户质量投诉问题

Assist quality engineer to solve trouble the compensation disputes if we receive customer’s quality claims

5. 跟踪管理采购订单交付执行情况，及时跟催解决供应商交付延误或者产能问题，确保供应商准时交货

Track & manage purchase order delivery, push supplier to solve delivery delay and production capacity problem to make sure supplier delivery on time

6.调查收集原料材料市场信息，有效的控制管理价格波动

Investigate & collect raw material market intelligence, mange product purchase price fluctuation
