Activities ：

• Responsible for all aspects related to the assembly of Braking prototype samples.

• Plan, stage and build samples as required by the coordinator/planner.

• Conduct all in process testing and quality checks, record & track results.

• Liaise with Quality Engineer for formal quality documentation generation 

• Review in process build issues with appropriate engineering and prototype representatives.

• Package, ship and log delivered samples for tracking by accounts receivable.

• Plan overall build schedules to support ongoing prototype delivery schedules to all customers.

• Support the definition, installation & trouble shooting of new assembly equipment.

• Continuously improve the prototype build process by identifying ideas to increase throughput, reduce quality issues and improve efficiencies.

• Ensure traceability of parts in line with Global Prototype Control Plan.

• Optimize prototype assembly process for all FB & BC products.

• Optimize process parameters.

• Optimize prototype assembly fixtures and machines.

                       

Qualifications / experience required ：

• Understanding of brake products and brake systems.

• Some level of technical & problem solving skills.

• Basic knowledge of brake testing & measurements techniques.

• Ability to read prints, understand Technical Specifications & GD&T requirements.

• Basic understanding of manufacturing quality principals.

• Good organizational skills.

• Good english language skills

• Assembly Engineer, 3-6 years experience related to assembly or testing， prefer braking products
