岗位职责：

1、根据设计具体项目要求，配合设计项目小组，绘制酒店、样板房、售楼处等效果图；

2、与设计师配合工作，及时对效果图与施工图纸进行有效的沟通和调整；

3、熟悉建模、灯光处理、渲染等后期制作等一系列工作流程；

4、理解设计要求，满足设计需求并与设计师进行重要有效沟通，精细直观表现设计师方案主题思想。

任职资格：

1、25-35岁，大专以上学历，室内设计及美术专业优先；有专业效果图公司经验者优先；

2、熟练使用SKETCHUP ENSCAPE者优先；

3、有5年以上工作经历，有酒店项目相关经验优先；

4、优秀的审美能力、沟通能力、管理能力；

5、及时改进设计方案，把握设计质量、具有可操作性。

6、良好的团队合作性，有责任心。
