JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist QFII / RQFII clients to prepare the application documents and obtain CSRC license;
• Assist the overseas investors who intend to invest in China Interbank Bond Market (CIBM) to complete the filing with PBOC.
• Complete the account opening in the various depositories, e.g. CSDCC, CCDC, SCH and CFETS.
• Discuss with the clients on the requirements on the account structure.
• Collect and review the account opening documents from the clients and work closely with Account Manager and ASU to complete the client on-boarding.
• Work with Securities Service Product Manager on the account opening checklist of new products.
• Track, follow up and support all account opening requests through to completion, advising all involved parties when a request is complete.
• Support safekeeping account opening, maintenance and closure requests based on instructions from the clients.
• Review operation related sections in SLA and DDQ.
• Complete the ad-hoc regulatory filing with the regulators on the critical background information change.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree holder
• Minimum 5 years business experience in Financial Services;
• Experience in Custody industry or Clients Implementation will be a plus;
• Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Demonstrated securities product and industry knowledge   
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a changing work environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate with multiple internal and external stakeholders.  
• Fluent spoken English and Mandarin
