Key Tasks and Responsibilities：

• Manage/maintain related hardware/software for all clients / IOS device in HO.
• Plan and implement regular preventive check and maintenance for public device. (Printer, VC, Projector, etc.)
• Manage/maintain all application ID administration
• Be responsible for all Store POS installation
• Be responsible for all Head of and Board Member special needs and Video Conference support
• Train necessary CN users for new release software and hardware.
• Utilize SCCM tools to manage clients fix assets (Hardware & Software), apply proper patch and install STD software.
• Utilize SCCM tools to install the STD clients. (Desktop & Laptop)
• Make sure all clients’ virus definition file/scan engine keep up to date. And do the cleanup job as necessary.
• Understand and ensure good deployment of IT policies, maintain constant communication with headquarter personnel.
• Give necessary support and training to store EDP.
• Make good communication with User Service & End-Users.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or other related majors.

  
  

Experience:

• Must have at least 3 years or above working experience on Helpdesk area with demonstrable achievements.

  
  

Skills and Competencies:

• Excellent communication skills including interpersonal, verbal, and written with the goal of influencing outcomes.

• Strong oral and written English skills required. Good paperwork and presentation skill is a plus.

• Strong ability in problem
  analysis, troubleshooting, solution providing by leveraging both internal and
  external resources in an efficient and cooperative way.
