Job Summary：
This position will be responsible for
1.Collect WMS demand from users, make analysis and give system solution.
2.Coordinate with IT and Vendor to solve WMS issues and give training to users after test.
3.WMS project rolling out implementation.
4.Develop and manage WMS reports to give stakeholders data support
5.OA project implementation.
6.SAP system maintenance and switch.
KPI:
1.Trouble shooting within the required time
2.Achieve system project go live goal
3.Provide professional system advice and support to other teams.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
OMS/WMS/BMS
1.Collect, analyze and classify user issues and provide corresponding solutions. Including supplier booking, warehouse operation, controlling settlement.
2.Coordinate with IT and vendor to schedule system version, test function and business case, and give clear training to users after system updating.
3.System configuration and monitor to ensure smooth operation. Including rules and switch set up, interface monitor, account and permission management and trigger management.
4.Standard system implementation to all DC, including survey, UAT and go live
5.Seek new optimization chance.
6.Reports task, including collect requirement, develop using SQL script, unify and extend to all DC.
MDLS
1.Daily trouble shooting, including deal with orders, price, stock and interface check etc.
2.System configuration, including EDI set up, OPL set up etc.
3.Solve abnormal issues.
OA project implementation. Including survey, system design, UAT and go live.

Qualifications
Education:
-Bachelor degree or above with relevant major, for example: Information management and information system, Logistics engineering, etc.
Experience:
-At least 2 years working experience in logistics software / retail / wholesale industry.
-WMS/TMS/OMS/SAP/OA project experience is a plus.
Skills and Competencies:
-Have a good understanding of system and business
-Good logic, good analytical and solve problem skills, ability to cover multi-tasks.
-Good communication and reaction capacity.
-Conscientious and responsible
-Self-driven and stress tolerance.
-Have the basic knowledge of database, SQL or BI tool.
-Fluent in both Chinese and English
-Good team player.
