岗位描述：

1 参加平台产品技术方案审核，参与制定实施计划

2 负责业务平台的建设、扩容和优化调整、业务开通

3 负责业务平台的日常变更、配置维护及账号管理

4 负责平台软硬件资源统计及信息维护，提供相关数据和报表编制

5 参与平台业务管理制度及流程的制定

6 负责审核测试方案及需求，搭建测试环境及执行测试

7 协调平台业务合作方、供应商

8 负责客户项目相关平台业务事务处理 9 对接客户/helpdesk 和平台供应商，承担T2/T3级报障处理，培训一线客服人员

职位要求：

1. 大学本科毕业，计算机或通信类专业，英语四级以上；

2. 至少1年以上的网络工作经验（Cisco CCNP以上资质），项目管理经验（有平台建设和运维经验者优先）；

3. 具有网络安全方面的工作经验和相关资质认证；

4. 熟悉Cisco、Palo Alto、Juniper等厂商产品和技术

5. 熟悉主流厂商服务器和存储产品，有集成项目经验

6. 熟悉VMware、Citrix、Microsoft等主流厂商企业级虚拟化技术；

7. 具有良好的职业道德和商务敏感度、建立和维护不同层面业务关系
