岗位职责

1、独立负责公司短视频的日常运营工作，搜寻公司电商相关的动态、产品测试动态，并进行制作、剪辑，发布目标用户喜欢的视频，提高关注量与用户粘性；

2、完成短视频的创意、策划、拍摄、剪辑、包装、整合配音等工作；

3、理解项目脚本，运用镜头语言，对视频内容进行二次创作，对音乐和影片节奏有良好把控。

任职要求：

1、 会使用各类摄影设备，画面感强，熟练掌握AE / PR / Edits / Vegas / PS／AI等视频软件和音频处理软件，具有一定的后期创意剪辑能力和节目制作水平；

2、 熟悉淘宝、抖音、B站、快手等自媒体小视频制作，热爱短视频，会玩抖音、快手、秒拍、映客、微视美拍等平台，有优秀短视频内容创作案例者优先。有抖音快手等短视频相关经验者优先；

3、 英语4级以上，具有良好的英语沟通能力；
