上班地址：大部分时间上海江苏为主，上海仓库在洋山，江苏在太仓；如有工作所有还需要全国范围内出差。

岗位职责：

    

1、规划、设计满足客户需求的运输仓储综合物流解决方案；

    

2、负责劳务、物流、仓储等供应商的寻找、考察、谈判、可行性报告分析，以及对供应商的管理和考核评估；

    

3、建立健全各综合物流业务中心的各项制度、标准流程、团队成员的评估考核，优化服务品质；擅长精益管理，优化仓储、物流的运转效率，并在战略和战术上对企业整个作业流程进行优化；

    

4、负责团队成员的招聘、培训、激励及培养工作，提升团队作战能力，确保团队成员的有效发展和健康成长，确保业务运作规范、高效；

    

5、定期编制、执行分析和动态管理各仓储中心的预算和费用，善于成本控制；

    

6、开展新项目业务合作洽谈、合同签订与执行工作；

    

7、其他公司交办的工作任务 

    

任职要求：

    

1、全日制本科及本科以上学历，45岁以下，物流管理、供应链管理等相关专业毕业，需10年以上仓储物流行业经验，5年以上管理经验。

    

2、擅长精益管理，拥有丰富的成本控制、质量管理、物流管理、仓储管理以及现场管理方面的经验；

    

3、有很强的执行力，做事情作风严谨、细致；

    

4、积极上进，追求个人成就感和荣誉感的达成；

    

5、具备良好的英语听、说、读、写能力，熟练的Office操作水平；

    

6，有4万平方米以上仓库管理经验者优先
