岗位职责：

1、梳理客服部门工作流程；

2、带领客服部门同事跟进、完成订单的生产过程；

3、培训部门员工客服相关知识；

4、制定部门绩效考核标准、考核客服员工日常工作；

5、参与ERP工作流程及标准的建立。

任职资格：

1、大专及以上学历，英语六级以上；

2、五年以上外贸客服经验；三年以上部门管理经验；

4、熟悉生产型企业的生产流程，有ERP系统使用经验者优先考虑；

5、有注塑、印刷行业工作经验者优先考虑；

6、性格开朗、善于沟通，工作认真负责、积极主动；

7、表达能力良好，有很强的客户服务意识。
