岗位职责：

1.负责美国/欧洲市场外贸业务的销售工作；

2.独立，准确地处理日常询盘的参数整理（翻译），询价，报价。及时，有效的回复客户；

3.独立处理客户投诉，收到相关部门的方案后，准确分析问题，判断形势，总结出有效的解决方案；

4.独立接待客户的拜访。熟悉产品，生产工艺。能够陪同客户，向客户进行流畅讲解；

5.遇到问题能够准确分析问题，同时向公司内相关部门寻求支持，找到有效的解决方案；

6.根据业务需要，参加国外展会（主要是美国，欧洲），拜访客户。能够接受每年国外出差至少3次以上；

7.完成销售经理安排的其他工作。

                                

任职资格：

1.本科或以上学历，机械工程，材料成型，模具设计，工业设计相关专业毕业；

2.英语CET-4级或以上，较强的听说读写能力；

3.熟悉至少一款3D建模软件（UG,PRO/E,SOLIDWORKS)；

4.有过注塑，玩具，印刷包装相关行业工作经历（两年）者优先考虑；

5.有过外贸出口行业相关工作经历（两年）者优先考虑；

6.要求有一定悟性和学习能力，举一反三的能力，逻辑思维能力；

7.有拼搏精神，吃苦耐劳，工作努力，责任心强；

8.具有优秀的客户沟通协调能力，分析能力，应变能力，客户关系维护能力。
