岗位职责：

1. 负责工程部的全面工作开展，协调，跟进。向结果负责；

2. 负责制定本部门的架构，职能及业务流程。管理目标并予以执行；

3. 负责本部门人员的调配，培训，考核和团队建设；

4. 制作部门的相关程序文件和技术文档整理；

5. 对本部门的新产品开发项目进行监控和管理，向结果负责；

6. 负责注塑类等配件产品开发与项目管理。

任职资格：

1. 全日制本科及以上学历，2年以上注塑模具、注塑产品、塑胶玩具制造行业相关经验，3年以上管理团队经验；

2. 结构设计：能够按照产品的功能要求设计产品的内部结构；

3. 玩具安全标准：对欧洲，美国玩具标准有一定的了解；

4. 模具结构知识：基本的出模，行位（滑块），进胶点，顶出，分型知识；

5. 注塑知识：基本的注塑机器型号，温度，压力，速度和常见注塑缺陷的分析及改善；

6. 生产过程知识：了解超声波焊接，丝印，移印，热转印工艺；

7. 生产成本控制：懂得在设计中考虑降低生产成本和提供效率。在满足产品功能和安全的情况下，结构设计，生产方案设计尽量简化；

8. 具有良好的职业道德素质，能吃苦耐劳，工作细心，责任感强；

9. 创新意识强，具有良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，性格开朗；

10. 具有一定的产品开发与项目管理经验。
