岗位职责：

    

1.   日常订单管理：及时处理客户订单，跟踪订单交付状况，确保订单出货保质保量完成；   

2.   客户关系管理：就客户的业务咨询和需求，协同内部关联运营部门，提供及时，专业，高效的响应反馈，提升客户满意度；    

3.   客户逾期应收款的跟催确认；   

4.   就运作过程中频发异常或客户端反馈运作问题，及时提交相关运作部门以制定切实解决或改善控制方案；    

5.   日常部门各类数据整理，分析和报告提交；  

6.   部门领导指派的其他工作任务。

任职资格：   

1.   大专及以上学历，英语CET-4级以上，英文商务信函写作熟练；    

2.   两年以上外贸、制造行业客服岗位经验，有ERP系统使用经验优先考虑；    

3.   良好的理解和书面表达能力，具备以客户服务为导向的主观能动意识；   

4.   工作踏实认真，抗压能力强，有自我提升发展的主观愿望和自我学习能力；

5.   具备较强的团队合作精神，良好的沟通、协调及执行能力。
