JD： BRIEF POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the Supply Planning for all CCSG demand from import suppliers and coordinating with US Purchasing team on all Asia import purchasing. These functions would include but not be limited to: demand planning for PO placement, PO confirmation and negotiations with suppliers on pricing’ lead-time, MOQ’s etc.; tracking PO shipments and improving supplier delivery performance; and providing support to US Logistics team. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES: l Conducts Supply Planning activities for CCSG import demand to include modifying and confirming the forecast data, and loading into system for PO placement with supplier. l Coordinates with US Purchasing Team for PO issuing. Contacts suppliers for timely PO confirmation and negotiates the PO pricing, MOQ’s and lead-time delivery as required. l Tracks and communicates shipment dates for purchase orders generated to APO suppliers in Asia, focusing on but not limited to initial APO PO shipments, in support of APO project implementation and key business initiatives (such as exclusive brand promotions). l Provides support to APO and US Logistics Team to resolve logistics issues impacting deliveries, and identify opportunities for improvement of logistics operations. EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent desired; 3-5 years’ experience in supply chain field for a multinational company is required. Industrial Distribution industry experience is preferred. Good English.
