职责：

Responsible for, field hydraulic application, can technically understand customer demand, initialize technical solution and product selection, customer product development, and quotation assistance to customers.

· Application engineering – initialize technical communication with targeted customer, understand customer needs.

· Technical solution – Prepare technical solutions accordingly with proper hydraulic calculation and components selections.

· Costing Calculation - In cooperation with technical & operations calculated product costs and submit the costing to sales for pricing finalization.

· Activity planning - Prepare, follow and update the Activity Plan for the Assigned customers and given Target customers.

· Reporting - Prepare Month End Comments to the Sales & Marketing Manager.

· Availability - Be available for other appropriate tasks not mentioned above.

· Continuous improvement – Suggest continuous improvement activities and promote a continuous improvement culture within the area of responsibility.

要求：

本科，1年以上液压相关工作经验，英文口语可交流

· Previous experience as a technical engineer / hydraulic application engineer are welcomed.

· Ability to have a group perspective on a global business
