Purpose of Position：

Work on Treasury operation works(liquidity,insurance,banking), as well as to support Treasury Manager on financial analysis and process optimization.

Responsibilities :

1.    Familiar with SAFE & PBoC regulations, to ensure internal & external compliance with regard to all treasury activities;

2.    Work on assessment of liquidity needs, prepare timely and accurate forecasting report and variance analysis reporting;

3.    Facilitate and maintain banking relationships, enhance on-line banking(e.g. Host to Host), optimization of banking solutions and operating issues; 

4.    Management on property insurance and management on credit insurance implementation, incl. maintaining credit limit and policy updating;

5.    Further analysis on company's financial position and key financial indicators, advise regarding short and long range financial plans as well as improvements on process and risk mitigation; 

6.    Work with headquarter to implement group treasury guidelines and localize regulated procedures;

7.    Perform knowledge transfer and implement into practical work; adhere to relevant financial standards; Other tasks assigned.

Minimum Experience & Qualifications:

1.     Bachelor or Master degree, major in Finance/Accounting or relevant

2.     Minimum 4-5 years with Treasury or Accounting work experience(better in G/L function) in automotive/manufacturing company

3.     Strong analytical, Communication and Presentation skills

4.     Excellent reading, writing and speaking in English

5.     Familiar with company's environmental policy and objectives
