Key Responsibilities 主要职责

• Define product requirements for new product development. Coordinate of product discontinuation.
• 制定新产品开发的产品要求书。协调组织老型号产品停产下线。
• Plan and initiate new product development projects together with local R&D Hub.
• 与中国研发部一同规划和启动新产品开发项目。
• Support sales in terms of sales channel analysis of local products and profit forecasts of new products. Cost and price analysis. Train sales and customers especially in terms of new products and standard products.
• 新产品销售及盈利预测，成本与价格分析。协调组织与客户进行新品体验项目。

• Join regular meetings of product development projects and partly decision making on technical features in consultation with product management Germany. Act as an interface between sales and R&D, especially market introduction of new products and operational project businesses.

• 参加产品开发例会，协助做出对具体技术实现方式的决定。作为销售和研发之间的接口，特别是新产品和运营项目业务的市场介绍。

          

 Qualifications 资质要求

• At least two years of experience in product management, or similar functions of technical products, preferably fans, pumps, electric motors or frequency inverters.

       两年以上产品计划相关工作经验。技术产品类型为风机，泵，电机或变频器更佳

• Basic understanding in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering preferable in the area of motors.

  具备对机械或电子电气设备的基本技术知识

• Result-oriented and resilient to work load.

• 以结果为导向的工作方式，能接受较高的工作压力

• Strong communication skills and capability of bringing consensus in conflict situations.

  具备较好的沟通能力，能在多方利益冲突中找到共赢

• Language proficiency in Chinese and English. German knowledge would be a plus.

  熟悉使用中英文。有基本德语能力更佳

• Willingness to travel (30%, for meetings in headquarter/Germany)
