职责：

1. 负责儿科病人的检查、诊断、治疗、病案记录；
2. 负责按需随时修改医嘱，强调与护士或医疗相关人员及时沟通以保证医疗意图的实现；
3. 掌握病人病情变化，及时处理各种特殊情况，并向上级汇报；
4. 对所主管病人及其监护人用语言、图解甚至适当的资料进行有关疾病诊治的解释工作，要达到使监护人充分理解；
5. 负责协助科室主任完成本科室与其他科室、部门的协调工作及信息沟通；
6. 完成科室主任交待的事项。

Responsibilities

1. Examines, diagnoses, and treats acute and chronic diseases and injuries in pediatrics department.
2. Update prescription if deemed necessary, making sure communication serves its purpose by directing the medical team involved.
3. Keep a track of patients’ status and perform timely response. Report to attending physician if needed.
4. Explain diagnostics using lingual or pictorial approach towards patients and their guardians, making sure they understand.
5. Will work closely with the Department head in supporting departmental goals, cross-departmental communication.
6. May be granted additional responsibilities based on consultation with Department Head.

• 完成硕士或以上医学教育，必须已经在指定的医疗机构完成住院医师规范化培训；
• 良好的中，英文听说读写能力；
• 必须具备有效的中国医师资格及执业证书；
• 热爱医疗行业，有高度的责任心、严谨的工作态度，较强的综合分析能力。

Requirements

• Education and Training：Master degree or above. Must have completed 3-year residency program in a Chinese government approved program.
• Language abilities: Capable of good mandarin Chinese and English skills.
• Candidates must have valid Chinese physician license in the Chinese health system at the time of hiring.
• Candidates are expected to demonstrate curiosity and passion for care service and to have high sense of responsibility, rigorous attitude for work and be analytical.
