职责：

1. 对病人进行认真检查、诊断、治疗。书写病历医嘱，检查医嘱执行情况；
2. 认真做好疑难病历的讨论及双向转诊工作；
3. 认真执行各项规章制度、诊疗常规和操作规程，严防差错事故发生；
4. 与其他妇产科医生，助产士和部门主任合作进行部门内质量改进活动 ；
5. 与部门主任紧密合作，共同完成部门目标；
6. 完成科室主任交待的事项。

Responsibilities

1. Performs exams, diagnoses and treatments. Conduct prescription and check its execution status.
2. Prepare for case discussion and referrals.
3. Perform strict compliance with hospital policies, clinical process and operation procedures, keeping clear of incidents.
4. Works on quality improvement activities within the department in collaboration with other OB/GYN doctors, midwives and Department Head.
5. Work closely with the Department Chairperson in supporting departmental goals.
6. May be granted additional responsibilities based on consultation with Department Head.

任职要求

• 完成硕士或以上医学教育，必须已经在指定的医疗机构完成住院医师规范化培训；
• 良好的中，英文听说读写能力；
• 必须具备有效的中国医师资格及执业证书；
• 热爱医疗行业，有高度的责任心、严谨的工作态度，较强的综合分析能力。

Requirements

• Education and Training: Master degree or above. Must have completed 3-year residency program in a Chinese government approved program.
• Language abilities: Capable of good mandarin Chinese and English skills.
• Candidates must have valid Chinese physician license in the Chinese health system at the time of hiring.
• Candidates are expected to demonstrate curiosity and passion for care service and to have high sense of responsibility, rigorous attitude for work and be analytical.

Program Description

The training program for obstetricians and gynecologists and pediatricians will cultivate obstetricians and gynecologists and pediatricians who aspire to offer premium OB/GYN services for a wider range of family, by changing the working environment of Chinese obstetricians and gynecologists and pediatricians in accordance with international standards. You will learn clinical skills, teamwork and leadership in the first-class academic medical center, and develop the ability of lifelong learning and improvement to provide high-quality, patient-centered comprehensive medical services.
