任职资格：

1、负责小儿患者的常见病及多发病的诊断与治疗，对病人进行认真检查、诊断、治疗。书写病历医嘱，检查医嘱执行情况。

2、在医疗总监和医疗副院长的领导下，组织制定并落实本科室工作计划和业务发展规划及年度计划；汇总部门年度总结。

3、负责部门各级人员岗位职责、各项考核制度和标准和内容的制定及更新，落实对部门员工的定期考核工作，提出对部门员工的升、调、奖、惩等意见。

4、组织进行病房巡查，查看重点患者、新患者和产房等的整体情况，掌握医护人员和患者的两方面的医疗工作动态信息；组织开展复杂、疑难病例讨论，参加和指导复杂、危重疑难病例的诊疗、会诊及协助转诊工作。

5、负责处理本科室发生的医疗纠纷、差错等事件，并进行深入分析，查明原因，提出改进方案。

岗位要求：

1、年龄40岁以上，10年以上新生儿科临床工作经验

2、精通儿科专业知识，掌握科室管理相关知识；

 

3、掌握急救医学、儿科急腹证、耳鼻喉科上呼吸道梗塞等急症的相关知识；

4、适当的组织管理水平，高监控能力，服从上级领导，有力度的执行力，丰富的专业经验和服务意识，协调能力强，具有较强的团队协作精神 ，以患者为中心的卓越服务理念，爱护下级，善于为下属职业规划和工作设计的理念；
